Terms of use for Malorevi
Governance metrics, AI workflows, risk committees. I built Malorevi as a small, focused place to share how I integrate governance factors into financial market research, not as a free for all resource. These terms and conditions explain what you can expect from me and what I expect from you when you visit, read or use the site. Please read them with the same care you would apply to any professional reference, because they sit alongside the privacy policy, cookie policy and disclaimer that shape how Malorevi operates.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Malorevi in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with the privacy policy, cookie policy and disclaimer that sit alongside them. If you do not agree with any part of these documents, you should stop using the site immediately. I may update the terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, practice or how I operate Malorevi. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms, so please review them periodically with the same care you would apply to any other professional resource.
Key definitions
A few core terms appear throughout this document. I define them here so we both know exactly what they cover when we refer to them later. These definitions sit alongside the explanations in the privacy policy, cookie policy and disclaimer, which address related ideas from different angles.
- In these terms, “Malorevi” refers to the website located at malorevi.world and any related pages, content or functionality I operate under that name. It includes written explanations, diagrams, examples and other materials about AI governance factor integration in financial market research. It does not include external sites, third party tools or services that may be referenced or linked for context, which are governed by their own terms and policies beyond my control.
- “Content” means all information available on Malorevi, including text, graphics, diagrams, workflows, examples and other materials related to governance metrics, AI techniques and risk frameworks. Content also covers any downloadable or viewable documents I make available through the site. It does not include user generated material that visitors submit, such as messages sent through contact forms or feedback you choose to provide about the site or its content.
- “You” and “your” refer to any person or organisation that accesses or uses Malorevi, whether directly or through an authorised representative. This includes visitors browsing the site, professionals reviewing AI governance factor material for their teams and individuals sending enquiries or feedback. If you access the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation, and that your use will comply with its internal policies and obligations.
- “Services” refers to the informational resources provided on Malorevi and, where applicable, any analytical reviews or personal consultations that may be discussed or requested through the site. Services do not include regulated financial, legal or tax advice, training programmes, investment products or any form of transactional recommendation. Any work beyond general information requires separate agreement and remains subject to the limits described in the disclaimer and on relevant pages.
Using the site
You may use Malorevi only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its professional focus on AI governance factor integration. The site is intended to provide general information, examples and context, not transactional recommendations or training programmes. You agree not to rely on the content as a substitute for your own research, internal approvals or advice from qualified professionals. Access to the site is provided on an “as available” basis, and I may suspend or limit access when necessary for maintenance, security or other reasonable reasons.
Who may use this site
Malorevi is intended primarily for professional users involved in financial market research, risk oversight or governance analysis, particularly within Canadian institutions. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that you have the capacity to enter into these terms. If you access the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so and that your use will comply with its internal rules, confidentiality obligations and regulatory expectations.
The site is not aimed at minors or at individuals seeking personal financial planning, consumer credit solutions or similar services. If you fall into one of these categories, you should not rely on the content here and should instead seek advice from appropriate, locally qualified professionals who can consider your specific circumstances in detail.
Your responsibilities
Using Malorevi comes with a few straightforward responsibilities. They mirror the way I expect any professional to treat a specialist resource: with respect for context, law and the limits of what a small site can reasonably offer. This section sets out those expectations so there are no surprises later.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Malorevi complies with all laws, regulations and internal policies that apply to you and your organisation. This includes obtaining any approvals you may need before adapting or implementing ideas from the site in your own research, risk or governance frameworks. I cannot know your specific context, so you must treat the content as one input among many, not as a direct instruction.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of any credentials, devices or systems you use to access Malorevi. If you suspect unauthorised access or unusual activity related to your use of the site, you should take appropriate steps to secure your systems and, where relevant, inform your internal teams. I cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from compromised devices or shared accounts beyond my reasonable control.
- You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you submit through contact forms or other channels. This includes ensuring that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of others. I rely on the information you provide to understand your questions and respond appropriately, so misleading or incomplete details may limit how helpful I can be.
- You are responsible for evaluating whether and how to apply any ideas, workflows or examples from Malorevi in your own environment. Before making changes to models, governance processes or documentation, you should consult your internal experts and oversight bodies. Results may vary, and past performance does not guarantee future results. I am not responsible for decisions you make based on the content of the site or on any informal exchanges that follow from it.
Prohibited uses
To keep Malorevi useful and safe for professional visitors, I need to draw clear lines around how the site may and may not be used. These restrictions are not about stifling curiosity; they are about protecting everyone involved, including your organisation, from avoidable risk and confusion.
- You must not use Malorevi in any way that breaches applicable law, regulation or professional standards, or that would cause me to breach such obligations. This includes using the site to share, store or transmit material that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, invasive of privacy or otherwise objectionable in a professional setting. You are responsible for ensuring that your access complies with the rules and oversight requirements that apply in your jurisdiction and within your organisation.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of Malorevi, its underlying systems or related networks. This includes probing for vulnerabilities, bypassing security controls, interfering with authentication mechanisms or attempting to disrupt service for other users. Security testing, if needed, must be agreed in writing in advance. Routine professional curiosity is welcome; deliberate technical intrusion is not.
- You must not copy, scrape, harvest or systematically download content from Malorevi for the purpose of building competing services, training unrelated tools, creating commercial repositories or otherwise exploiting the material beyond the limited licence granted in these terms. Automated access, such as bots or scripts, should be limited to what is necessary for standard browsing and must respect any technical controls or instructions I put in place.
- You may not use Malorevi to send unsolicited commercial messages, to promote unrelated products or services, or to engage in misleading or deceptive conduct. This includes using contact forms to distribute bulk marketing, to solicit personal finance schemes or to push offerings that conflict with the neutral, consultation focused stance described on the site. I reserve the right to block or ignore communications that breach this expectation.
- You must not misrepresent your identity, your relationship to any organisation or your authority to act on its behalf when using Malorevi or contacting me. If you provide examples, documents or other materials, you are responsible for ensuring that you are allowed to share them and that they do not reveal confidential or sensitive information without proper authorisation. I may decline to engage where these conditions are not met or where the context appears inconsistent with the professional focus of the site.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, I own or control all intellectual property rights in the content on Malorevi, including text, diagrams, workflows and other materials related to AI governance factor integration. I grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access and use the site for your own professional, internal purposes, such as evaluation, discussion and planning. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the content, except as allowed by applicable law or with my prior written consent. Any permitted use must retain all notices and respect the integrity of the material.
User submissions
If you submit content to me through the site, such as messages, feedback or non confidential examples, you remain responsible for that material. You should not share anything that you do not have permission to disclose or that contains sensitive personal information, confidential business details or regulated data. I may review, store and use your submissions to respond to your enquiries, improve the site or refine how I explain AI governance factor integration to professional audiences.
Rights you grant:
By submitting content, you grant me a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to use, store, reproduce and adapt that material as needed to operate Malorevi, respond to you and improve the content, while respecting the privacy policy and applicable law. I will not treat your submissions as confidential unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, so please share only what is appropriate for this context.
Privacy and cookies
Your use of Malorevi is also governed by the privacy policy, which explains how I collect, use and protect personal data, and by the cookie policy, which explains how cookies and similar tools are used. By using the site, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review those documents and that you understand how they interact with these terms. If anything in those policies seems unclear, you should contact me before sharing additional personal information or relying on the site in your work. Read the privacy details
General disclaimer
The content on Malorevi is provided for general informational purposes related to AI governance factor integration within financial market research. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for decisions. You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional input and for complying with your organisation’s policies and applicable regulations. Results may vary, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
Important warning:
I design the site with care, but I cannot promise specific outcomes from using or adapting any ideas described here. Analytical approaches that appear effective in one context may behave differently in another. You should treat all examples, scenarios and testimonials as illustrative only, not as predictions or assurances. Before you adjust research methods, risk frameworks or governance processes, consult your own experts and oversight teams.
Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Malorevi, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to direct damages only and to an amount that is proportionate to your specific use of the site. Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of Malorevi, your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third party right. This includes situations where you adapt, implement or rely on content from the site without obtaining appropriate internal approvals or professional advice.
Handling disputes
If a disagreement arises about these terms or your use of Malorevi, I prefer to start with a direct, good faith conversation. Many issues can be resolved by clarifying intent, correcting an error or adjusting wording. If informal efforts do not resolve the matter, this section explains the general approach I favour for more formal resolution, without removing any rights you may have under applicable law.
Dispute resolution options
If a dispute arises between us that we cannot resolve informally within a reasonable time, we may agree to refer the matter to a mutually acceptable form of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation or arbitration. Any such process would be conducted in Canada, in English, and in accordance with rules agreed at the time. Participation in alternative dispute resolution does not prevent either of us from seeking urgent interim relief from a court where necessary to protect our rights or interests.
Nothing in this section obliges you to accept a particular dispute resolution method in advance. However, I encourage both sides to consider proportionate, good faith approaches to resolving disagreements before turning to formal proceedings, especially where the issue relates to interpretation of site content or data handling practices.
Online dispute resolution
If you are located in a jurisdiction that offers online dispute resolution mechanisms, you may have access to independent platforms that help resolve certain consumer related disputes. Malorevi is aimed at professional users, but you can still explore these options where they apply. Any use of such services does not limit your rights to bring claims before competent courts under applicable law.

Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of Malorevi, are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province or territory where I primarily operate, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the site complies with all laws, regulations and internal policies that apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or protections you may have under mandatory local law that cannot be excluded.
Suspension and termination
I may suspend or terminate your access to Malorevi, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if I reasonably believe that you have breached these terms, misused the site or created risk for me or other users. You may stop using the site at any time. Termination or suspension does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen, including limitations of liability, intellectual property protections and indemnification obligations, which will continue to apply even after your access ends.
Changes to the site and terms
I may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Malorevi, or update these terms, at any time and without prior notice, where permitted by law. When I make material changes to the terms, I will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice on the site. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updates, you should stop using the site and, where relevant, contact me with any questions before returning.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted or, if necessary, removed from the terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Where possible, the invalid or unenforceable part will be interpreted in a way that best reflects its original intent while staying within legal bounds.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the privacy policy, cookie policy and disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and me regarding your use of Malorevi, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. They replace any earlier statements, discussions or understandings about the site or its content, whether spoken or written. If we enter into a separate written agreement for specific services, that agreement will govern where it conflicts with these terms, but these terms will continue to apply to your general use of the site.
Contact about these terms
If you have questions about these terms, how they apply to your use of Malorevi or how they interact with internal policies at your organisation, you can reach out using the details on the contact page. Please avoid including confidential or highly sensitive information in your first message. I will do my best to clarify the intent of these terms in plain language and, where appropriate, update the site to address recurring points of confusion for professional visitors.
